We did appreciate that you can get Tacos and Pizza aside from the buffet and a la cartes. Out of all, the Italian one ‘Los Olivos’ would be our favourite. There were 5 a la cartes however we had only tried 4. Most of the staff are hilarious which we liked. ![]() They definitely make an effort to start your day right. The shower however did not have great water pressure BUT it was very spacious in there.įood: the buffets were good and the staff got to know us. They are pretty nice and are used to tourists however they do advise for you not to feed them. I have never really seen so much wildlife in a resort. We had a balcony and we normally have monkeys visiting us during the day. ![]() Walking probably took us less than 5 mins. It is also a walking distance to Xcaret Park and if you do not want to walk, they do have a man operated boat that brings you to the entrance and he comes around I believe every 15-20 mins. The drivers are very helpful and would stop at places and tell you where they lead to. Transportation: It is pretty big and it took us 3 days to finally not get lost and find our way however they do have transportation within the resort that comes around every 10-15 mins. Also definitely recommend the spa! We did a 50 minute couples massage and it was amazing! I could feel my tension being released and we enjoyed the hydrotherapy, the pool, and the juice bar in the spa as well! Overall 10/10 experience! Will definitely be coming back! " ![]() Our butlers were amazing and would request shuttles for us whenever we needed. The lights are very dim and romantic, definitely a good place for couples! I also loved that even though the resorts were different, since the property is shared, it was easy to access all of them by walking or by shuttle. The entire resort is immaculately clean and intentionally decorated. The bartenders and servers were all amazing and the drinks were delish! I definitely recommend getting an espresso martini from the bar inside the lobby! We stayed in the room with a private pool and a garden view and the pool was clean and a good size, it was able to fit about 6 people comfortably. The 4 restaurants at the TRS property were the best-high quality and delicious!! The other hotel properties also had restaurants available which were good but the TRS restaurants were definitely the best! I love that we had access to all of the properties, it made it so we never ran out of things to do or see. "This is by far the best all inclusive resort I’ve stayed at.
